Communication and Documentation

Communication in English is possible only via email.
Phone conversations are possible only in Polish.

To provide a quotation and manufacture the product, a detailed technical drawing of the specific element is required, including:

  • All essential dimensions: overall size [mm], distances between elements and shapes[mm], material thickness[mm],
  • Type of material,
  • Paint color if applicable, specified according to the RAL color system,
  • Quantity of items ordered.

Drawings can be submitted either as hand sketches or as files in the following formats:
PDF, PNG, JPG, DWG, and DXF.

Transport and pay

Transport is arranged by the ordering party - the finished products are collected at our company’s headquarters in Wrocław.

To exclude VAT from the price, the recipient must provide confirmation of receipt of the goods.

Before shipping the order, we send a photo of the complete set of ordered items.

Initial orders must be paid in full before shipment, after the customer receives photos of the ordered goods from us.

Once the cooperation is successfully established, the customer may be granted the option to pay for deliveries within a specified payment term.

Quality and Complaints

Upon request, after completion, we can provide a Material Certificate received from the wholesaler in our region. We cannot provide any other certificates or attestations.

Our company makes every effort to ensure that the products are made to the highest standards, based on our 30 years of experience.

Any complaints will be addressed after the returned product is delivered to our company’s headquarters at the expense of the ordering party, with priority handling.

Our company’s liability for the product is limited to the value of the complained product.

Legal and Dispute Resolution

All transactions with our company are governed exclusively by Polish law and general principles of good cooperation. Internal rules established by the ordering party are not recognized.

Any disputes (which have not occurred to date) can only be resolved in Poland. As a small company, we do not have the resources to resolve disputes outside of Poland.
